Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: Mix flour and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add ice water gradually until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Roll and fit the crust: Roll out the dough, place it in a pie dish, and crimp the edges. Chill while preparing the filling.
