- 1 cup raw, unsalted pistachios
- ½ cup white chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup whole milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar (or natural sweetener)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tbsp almond extract (optional)
Instructions
- Blanch and peel pistachios to remove the skins.
- Grind the pistachios in a food processor until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate and mix with butter, milk, and sugar in a saucepan.
- Combine the pistachio paste with the melted mixture and blend until silky.
- Store in an airtight jar and refrigerate.
Notes
For a vegan version, replace butter with coconut oil and use plant-based milk.
