Ingredients

  • ½ cup white chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar (or natural sweetener)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Blanch and peel pistachios to remove the skins.
  • Grind the pistachios in a food processor until smooth.
  • Melt white chocolate and mix with butter, milk, and sugar in a saucepan.
  • Combine the pistachio paste with the melted mixture and blend until silky.
