Frank’s Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and spicy party favorite made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Frank’s RedHot Sauce. Perfect for game nights, potlucks, or anytime you need a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

- 2 cups shredded chicken (boiled, baked, or rotisserie)
- ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing for a tangier flavor)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar & mozzarella mix)
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Frank’s RedHot Sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Add Chicken & Cheese: Fold in shredded chicken, half the shredded cheese, and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Transfer & Bake: Pour mixture into a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish & Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with green onions. Serve with tortilla chips, celery, or crackers.
Notes
For a slow cooker version, mix all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
