Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onions until softened, then add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Brown the Meat: Add ground beef or chuck roast, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
