  • ½ tsp chili flakes (adjust for spice preference)

For the Garnish:

  • ½ cup chopped fresh mint
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
  • 2 tbsp toasted rice powder (optional, for authentic texture)

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and mix in shallots, mint, and cilantro.
  • Sprinkle with toasted rice powder for crunch (optional).
