- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes for added heat
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and marinate with olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes for at least 15 minutes.
- Julienne the bell peppers, slice the onion, and mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes, then add bell peppers and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and stir for 2-3 more minutes to combine.
