  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 2 potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for gravy, optional)

Instructions

  • Prep the Roast: Pat the arm roast dry. Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary, then rub the seasoning all over the roast.
  • Sear the Meat: Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the roast on all sides.
