Instructions

- Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine: Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry mix. Add more almond milk if the batter is too thick.
- Preheat the waffle iron: Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for heating. Grease with non-stick spray or melted coconut oil.
- Cook: Pour about ⅓ cup of batter onto the waffle iron, cook for 3-5 minutes until golden and crisp.
